Driving through Zambia is like drive through a supermarket fruit and veg section. You often see people, mainly children, selling food on the side of the road. This has been everything from mangoes, tomatoes, onions, plums and now mushrooms.

Their a children that hold mushrooms above their heads that are literally bigger than them – you would buy it even though you don’t eat it 🙂
